How long does verification take?
Verification begins after all required information has been submitted. The review time depends on the business type, document quality, and whether additional checks are required. You can follow the status from your Vendor Dashboard.
How much does it cost to sell on Markood?
Registration fees, subscription charges, commissions, payment fees, and any optional service charges will be shown during onboarding and in the Vendor Agreement. Vendors should review and accept all charges before activating their store.
When will I receive payment for an order?
The vendor’s eligible balance is credited after the order is completed and any required payment checks or holding period have finished. Your available balance and expected payout date will appear in Vendor Dashboard → Payments.
